Experience Yoga Nidra with guided deep relaxation audio CD by Swami Janakananda Saraswati

Initially I couldn’t believe about the benefits of yoga nidra until I experienced it myself. After I tried this CD for 20 mins and came out of nidra (sleep), I felt as if I had rested for several hours. I was relaxed and my mind was calm than before. The benefit of yoga nidra lasted for the entire day and I could feel the difference as I was very relaxed.
