Which industries FDA does not regulate?
Here are the industries that FDA does not regulate:
1. Advertising
Federal Trade Commission regulates all advertising. It ensures that all advertisements are truthful and not misleading.

Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms that belong to the Treasury department, regulates the labeling and quality of alcoholic beverages.
