One of the best tips i've seen in awhile was http://www.ourhealthwisdom.com/tip/diabetes/eating-habits/make-daily-meal-plan . I started doing this last week, but i started planning all of my meals out at least 2 days in advance. By doing this, and seeing everything written down i could ensure that i had all of the nutrients i needed for the day, but also had set times for all of my meals. This planning helps to keep my glucose levels as stable as possible.
